Message dated March 20 was read, stating the House passed and                                       
returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                                           
NO. 6(FIN) Urging the Congress of the United States to provide                                      
federal education funds as a block grant to the state, with the following

Senator Kelly, Acting Majority Leader, moved that the Senate concur                                 
in the House amendment.                                                                             
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House
